Shape the future of education and workforce development by participating in the next Apprenticeship Degree Network (ADNet) cohort. Together, we’re building scalable, effective Apprenticeship Degree pathways that bridge the gap between industry and higher education.
What is the Apprenticeship Degree Network? (ADNet)
Initiated in April 2023, NCAD’s Apprenticeship Degree Network (ADNet) is a dynamic community designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and transformation in higher education and workforce training. The ADNet has grown to include trailblazers and innovators representing 32 organizations that operate across 34 states. By bringing together educational institutions, employers, and policymakers, ADNet serves as the national hub for Apprenticeship Degree innovation, scaling, and advocacy.
Our mission is to address critical skill gaps, enhance workforce pipelines, and establish sustainable partnerships across sectors such as education, allied health, behavioral health, technology, and additional emerging industries.
